Good Venison Recipe

Matt made this recipe tonight for the family, it was really good...quick and easy too!

Venison Steaks
butter or margarine
worchestershire sauce
potato - sliced into 1/2" slices the long way
onion - sliced into 1/4" rounds
salt and pepper to taste

Take a large square of tinfoil. Plop a pat of butter in the middle. Put one steak on top, season with salt and pepper. Spread about a tablespoon of Worchestershire on top of the steak, then top with a little more butter. Layer a slice or two of potato on top of the venison, then top with a few onion slices. (you could add carrots or any other veggie here too)

Wrap up the foil up into a packet. Matt made individual packets for each steak.
Place the foil packets on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Delish!
